PCT Combo and Bridge

I'm just starting my PCT and want to make sure I have this right, I start taking 5 to 10 pumps a day twice daily of Forma Stanzonal, 3 tablets daily of Post Cycle and 3 tablets daily of Unleashed until gone. When do I start taking the Bridge after the Post Cycle and Unleashed is finished or at the same time?
