Diet: generally about 3000 calories daily, high in protein
cycle: deca only, 8 weeks, starting with 250mg 1st week, up to 400mg weeks 4 and 5, and tapering down to 250mg for weeks 7 and 8
My question is this: I have been reading a lot of posts on this site, trying to soak it all in. I am mainly trying to maintain any gains post cycle, as well as preventing/managing any deca-dick (obviously!). It seems that not many people use deca alone, so I haven't found much info on what ancillaries to take during the cycle, and what PCT to use. Any help from you guys would be great. If I left any info out, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
