holy ghost said:what do yall mean in the AM
right when you wake up?
thanks in advance
Bazl said:yeah, i;m talking about basically maintaing as much gain as can be retained.
to my knowledge, the Anavar - oxandrolone - is good for retaining strength and it wont shut u down like Dianabol - methandrostenolone - will.
and as ur trying to come off, you would already b shut down from your cycle, yeah?
Nathan said:I really don't know as far as the Anavar - oxandrolone - is concerned. Basically, if you are making any gains then that is probably a bad sign - unless you switched to some completely new exercise and it's mostly neuromuscular.
I'd say start at 20mg ED, but I've never really used anavar for that purpose. I can say that 15mg of Dianabol - methandrostenolone - in the am wasn't enough to gain anything from post-cycle but I could ahve sworn I felt more intense pumps. Then at 10mg the pumps are gone and some strength went as well. Plus, maintaining just gets a lot trickier I find. I drop it under 10mg and it gets even trickier. I suspect I let go of any water retention very slowly which was why I didn't freak out so much or didn't notice as much.
I would be really surprised if a person couldn't get away with taking 5mg of d's in the am for like 10 years+ straight. I doubt an otherwise healthy liver would be too tremendously taxed - at least no more so than a lot of people are on mood medication they are getting prescribed.
If I do another cycle, I'm seriously thinking of just going in and doing it mega-science style and then writing it all up. Get constant bloodwork, be honest about what I'm doing, etc. It'd have to be anonymous I guess but that is the one thing that is REALLY holding people back from making some serious progress in this sport - dishonesty and a lot of people have no damn clue what is going on with their bodies. If we get a few of the right people to pay attention, take some notes, get the odd bloodwork done at strategic times, be HONEST about results, duration of use, dose, etc. and within ten years or whatever we'd all know exactly what we can and cannot get away with. Well, at least we'd be much better educated on the subject.
It sucks this stuff is illegal and held in such horrible regard since it truly is the norm in sports anyways and it would be nice to know how to do it safely.
Way to go, you got me ranting.
