PCT Advise

Just got some really good advise here for a first cycle. As for the pct, do you know if it s safe to get the stuff imported to the Uk ? plus stupid question but essential do you start the pct during ure cycle or just at the end ?

Been adv:
1-10/12: 0.5 mgs arimadex or 10-20 mgs of nolvadex every day

I don't think arimidex has any place in PCT. I'd run 40mg/day of nolvadex for 3 weeks. If your cycle was 8 weeks or longer you may want to precede the nolva with 1,000IU HCG EOD for 3 weeks.

Thank you guys, will do right now. Another question too, can u run in a cycle Sustanon and winny in the same week or do u advise to start with the sustanon and than move on with the winny ?
