PCT advice needed please

Ok I will be running a mild cycle.

400 mgs primo a week for 10 weeks
200 mgs deca a week for 10 weeks
50 mgs of winny eod for last 6 weeks.

I will take .25mg armidex throughout the cycle.

Two weeks after last injection

Day 1 300 mgs clomid
Day 2-10 100 mgs clomid
Day 11-21 50 mgs clomid
Day 1-21 20mgs of nolva

Does this sound right for this cycle?Please any help is greatly appreciated.

pct shouldstart 3 wks after yer last shot of deca not 2. I personally hate the cycle. What are yer stats/cycle experience. What is your reasoning for running 200mg/wk of deca?

Stats 38 years old,6 feet tall,195lbs,BF 12%
Have done one cycle before,it was identical to this one,that was 6 years ago.
Been training for 10 years.I just wanna add anoth 5-10 lbs and get shredded for summer.

200 mgs a week of Deca is basically just to lube my joints.

I am wondering the same thing on the deca, I was going to run just 2-300 a week for lube...will that dose work?

The PCT looks good to me. Typically you do wait 3 weeks after the last deca injection to start PCT but at only 200mg/week I think you'll be fine with your 2 week plan. I'd also typically advise HCG after a deca cycle but again, your dosage is pretty low.

Since Primo and winny don't aromatize and you're only taking 200mg/week of deca I doubt you need the arimidex. It will likely lower your estrogen too much which will wreck your lipid profiles and sex drive. But it's only for 10 weeks so if you can live with the consequences, so be it.

aluv4speed.........Personally I say yes,200mgs a week of Deca did wonders for my joints.I have a bad shoulder and it felt brand spanking new on Deca,

I would have the adex on hand but start the cycle without it. If you notice you're getting some bloat you can always start the adex and have it under control in about 10 days.
