Partying on the weekends.....

Just wondering if partaking in the usual party-like activities on the weekends effect your cycle, and to what extent. I don't do any drugs anymore, just drink on the weekends with my boys. Chillin..the usual shit.. I try not to get too drunk now that I'm on my cycle. Maybe a nice buzz. And I might miss a meal from being out all night. But that's about it. I still get plenty of sleep and I'm pretty strict with my diet during the week too, and eat plenty of protien, though probably not as much as I should. So should I cut drinking out entirely, or is this amount of binging relatively acceptable.
 
I wouldn't get fucked up have a few drinks if your liver hurts the next day just drink less.


You know if you lifted that day or are recovering you probably aren't going to gain anything by binging..
 
true that...i just lifted today and now I just found out about this 10kegger over a few houses down. Guess I won't be hitting the keg-stands tonight :cool:
