I partied 3 times last week and got smaller and weaker as the week progressed. Never drank enough to get a buzz. It did disrupt my sleep patterns though.

Why is going to the bar so detrimental to fitness.

Can you have a life and still look great after you are 30?
 
Hey bro, What happens is when you sitting at a bar all day drinking, your missing out on getting food in your system every few hrs. I know once a month, I will go with some friends drinking and we start off early in the day and finished drinking late at night. We never eat shit during this time. When your working out hard, your body needs the food and beer just don't cut it.
 
That makes sense but I don't drink during the day. More than one beer does nothing for me.

Going to a bar at night does nothing to my eating habits. I don't eat after 6:00 pm if I can help it.
 
This thread deserves more consideration.

It is quite important. Living well and being fit are both very important to me.
