partial tear or severe muscle strain?

long triceps muscle doing ode's this morning and decided i would warm up with 100 instead of the usual 60. the 9th rep felt a sharp pain. the muscle is still where it is supposed to be, no noticable indentations. fairly sore now, but not excruciating. any ideas? how long should i give it to recuperate? i was thinking 2 weeks total rest.
 
I messed up mine and the pain is off and on, usually comes back when i am swimming. I bought a tennis elbow strap and that helped a lot
 
2 weeks would be a good time to re-evaluate the strain...listen to your body and try warming up a bit lighter next time =)

Isnt it funny...it alwasy the warm ups that get you
