In the short time I have been at EF I seem to have seen a sudden increase in posts about getting busted and site monitoring by the feds. You long time members think there is more heat or is this a cyclic thing?

the feds have their nose in everything, that's why so much shit of actual importance goes down so much in this country....they probably have some guy who's specific job is to read this type of shit. good thing we pay so much in taxes!

This is the most I've seen since I've been here...There was a period a couple months ago where most international packages coming into the US were being seized. I know of one source that had a 5% success rate coming into the US over that period. And alot of other sources didn't fair much better. But it seems like it's starting to die down.

As far as the busts, I haven't really seen a decrease in the amount of busts recently. Maybe all those seizures gave customs/dea some info, and now they're picking out who they want to bust. I don't know. But just be careful and I think you'll be ok. If you keep your orders somewhat small, I'm sure you'll be ok. I think what they are looking for is the US remailers, and large local dealers. They don't care if you order overseas for your own personal use...Well, they don't care enough to come to your door, but they'll probably take your package.

I've been here for two years now(maybe more) and it's always been about the same in regards to situations(scammers, busts, fed monitering). It's just now there are FAR more uneducated poeple on the boards, far more open source posting boards, and thus more parranoia. People whom have no business being in this game are in it at the expense of safety and sanity.

It's true that there are more uneducated people here...but that has caused more scammers, busts, etc...wouldn't you agree? I've been here for about 2 years now too and I can't remember this much bullshit happening at any other time. I think it all started with the classifieds over at triedia. That's when KJ and Gen went down, and they were frequent posters over there...And I think now that triedia is gone, it will cool down quite a bit.

I don't plan on ever having/ordering more than what I need for a current cycle so I figured I would not be of much interest to the feds. I know I see a lot of source posts, that worries me. I worry that someone getting busted will roll over.

I think a lot of stemmed from the whole Triedia mess with open source posting. But yes, I'd say it has gotten worse in regards to busts. I personally know two people, one a long time vet of this site, that have gotten controlled deliveries for ridiculously small amounts of gear and had their houses searched.

So yes, I'd say it has gotten worse and is not just a seasonal thing. But you're right, there are a TON of morons out there.

My own personal opinion is that the proliferation of rec. drugs on lists is why busts are more frequent. I wouldn't even order gear from a source who lists rec drugs. Remember guys, you cant od on juice but kids are going to the hospital everyday for XTC, GHB, and Ketamine related "overdoses" and sometimes death.

And yes, boards that allow open source posting should be avoided as well. I promise you, use enough common sense and you will never spend a day in court or jail for anything juice related.
