Well day one was very good. I had 3 days rest (on vacation) in which I gained 12lbs. Bench went up 5lbs on each set and I didn't need help as I would usually except on my final set in which I stopped at 8 because no one was spotting me. I don't feel like I have the pumps like I had with 1ad/4ad stack. I just feel like I can just keep going. I'm running daily in order to lose some of the weight I gained. I'm now watching what I eat (sticking to mainly Turkey or tuna Sandwiches). No more fast food! So We shall see what results I'll get. I've only head good things about this stack so we'll see!
