yes there are several things you can do with them. but i would not advise shoving them up your ass. not trying to be a smartass, but tren is a very strong AAS. If you dont even know what to do with them, then you are not ready to use them.

The injectable tren (fina) has pretty much stayed constant and proven.

If you're referring to oral, exterior penetration, or anally then yes you should research because these vary by effectiveness. Currently the anal approach is being experimented. The other methods work, but not to the extent of injecting. All method are instructed on how to use them, read more on those subjects and you'll find how.
