Here is the situation:
I leave for spring break on friday and have been dieting down using a cyclical isocaloric diet. I have been tested @ 6% on 2 seperate occasions. I am scheduled for a refeed tomorrow but am wondering if I should still do it this close to my trip. I have read all your articles as well as the posts by elzi, lyle, and yourself on MFW but was still curious about this close to my goal. It wont be like a show where I would need to peak for a short period of time (what would be the point of being this lean if I just bloated back up after my first beer) the trip lasts a week. Should I just do a short refeed (8-12 hours) or a full refeed? Or should I just stick it out for a couple more days low cal and have my refeed be all those tropical drinks I will be having on the beach
. I know this is a spring break question but dont just pass over it - I am not a newbie (we have interacted in posts before on more then one board) and I have done my best to research this before posting. Thanks for your advice.
