papervar and constipation?

anyone have constipation issues while on papervar? I am having a terrible time with it and have just started my var only cycle 30 mg/day--I am taking PLENTY of fiber, so that is not the issue.

It is probably more related to water intake (or lack thereof) and your food intake...

actually, no-I drinik about 2 1/2 gallons of water a day and my diet has not changed one bit since I started the var--

Interesting you should mention that... I did for the first 3 weeks, now things are more, er... regular. I noticed that my poop was very hard and not very frequent, and smelled like a weaponized version of my non-paperVarpoop.

Could be the glue ?

The two sheets of paper are stuck together with "UHU stic" brand of glue, tasted the two side by side and they are identical ( sweet and milky taste). That brand of glue claims to be non-toxic so shouldn't do you any harm but may be giving you the super hard stools.

yeah, I looked up UHU glue-MSDS report--says "treat as soap if large quantities ingested"-. see Physician"
there is definitely something in it that is causing this problem--
stools are not real hard-just small and not wanting to come out
