BTW, there are 2 sides to every story. Who's to say PB's side shouldn't be anymore valid than BD's side? The way I see it BD was using PB to assume all the risks of running the site with nothing in return. It is an illegal operation and PB was the only one with his ass on the line if the shit hit the fan. PB just got smart and took advantage of the situation.

BRo the onluy illegal part was selling to the USA. Please remeber the AAS laws in Thai and other parts of EU it is legal. This is why BD did not allow sales to USA that simple.

In terms of smart then yes if long term. short life span of business and hope noone was scammed in the process. As you say two sides to every story but evaluating risk v's benefit then BD as a manufacturer with distributors in EU who could service USA market why would they want the risk for very little benefit? If PB did without their knowledge then all the benefit would be for him would it not? and risk....what risk the website is in Thai and do a whois from before the site was moved it does not come back his name or anytrace to him as i have issued those deatils to you

As we have discussed i have no issue with you but please before you put you rep at risk evaluate and establish all considerations.

So are you saying that PB was not the registered Admin of BD's site? He owned the domain name and operated the site. Everything traced back to him as the owner. International law prohibits the sale of AAS to countries where it is illegal to possess AAS without a prescription even if it's legal in the country of origin. Legally speaking PB was on the hook for any liability created from the site.
