wzkid New member Aug 20, 2007 #11 From what Ive read and tried it seems like 10g a day split up in four equal doses should clear you up in a couple of weeks. Then you can drop back to a maintenance dose of 5g a day. Ive been using it for like 2months and it does help alot.
