I posted this here yesterday and it got deleted. With all of the off topic threads on the forum right now that are addressing this topic, I feel this post is valid.



Well, there has been a bit of conflict within our family and some changes are going down. I know some of us have been a bit blindsided by the fallout and may be uncertain about the board, it's security, and any actions being taken by the people who provide us with this forum for discussion, debate, and discovery.

Take a few deep breaths, step back, and relax for a second. Two things in life are guaranteed - change and conflict are inevitable. Shit happens. Some times it's good, sometimes it's bad.

Among more sophisticated societies, change and conflict usually yield growth and improvement. Have no illusions people, the family who call Elitefitness home are, as a whole, a sophisticated society.


Be at ease people. For better or worse, the conflict will fade and Elite will endure. Take it easy and enjoy the boards.

While that may be true, the fact is ALOT of good members left yesterday...And my guess is more will continue to follow...

Sure, it's a domino effect. Kronk and wife were good people. At best they were offended greatly, at worst they were screwed over.

The fallout is friends backing friends. It's sad to see good people leave, but I can understand it.



If there is truth to the rumor that we really have something to fear, those "good bros" that are leaving us with cryptic farewell messages are fucking us over by not disclosing the "danger."

I didn't know that damage was done on the way out by some...I guess that's what happens when staff members feel like they are getting screwed over (it happens in alot of professions...)

I would love to know which asshole messed with the training forum stickys, there was a ton of valuable info in those posts, and the training forum has nothing to do with the bullshit diva drama going on in this forum

I would respectfully have to disagree. We waited as long as we could before posting our side of the story. We wanted to give Kronk/Sam the benefit of the doubt and let him leave without making public that he was essentially caught stealing. We tried as best we could to keep from making a public issue of it, but he refused to leave our site graciously and began to spread many nasty and false rumors about Elite Fitness, my staff, and me.

If Elite is unsafe, why did it only become so when Kronk/Sam got fired? And if there is “Danger” I need to know so I can notify Rick Collins – and you need to know the specifics too.

c'mon guys how many times a year do people say..." i am out of here for good!!!". a week later they are back and totally forget about that they had left. people come and go but always seem to be back cause it is the largest board of this nature!!! look at I-T, it has 5700 members total and i was just there and 79 people total were there. look at the names around on all the boards and you will see all the same names. face it if you go you will return.
