Panelized Homes?

I've built a a few hundred panalized custom homes. I am also using panels in my current villa project. Also, I have 100 to 200 more condos to build that I will probably use panels. What do you want to know?

Can you set prices of panelized homes on the market equivalent to prices of non-panelized homes?

If the cost savings of construction are immense for these homes -- then the profit potential on the sale will also be immense. No?

Panelized homes are usually more expensive. However, it depends on location. I have cheap labor. However, the big savings is time, fixed cost, material loss, etc.

Some homes and condos are more Panel Friendly...and are less expensive. I spent alot of time coming up with these types of designs for the condos I am building.

are you the one doign the aspen development? If so, shoot me an email.

They do these in jersey city now - Most people I know who live in the condos say they heating and noise is MUCH worse compared to traditional construction

Its not the panels that are causing these problems. Its the builder. Panels have nothing to do with methods of sound walls, and insulation.
