Very cool. I used to have my ear to the bluesy ground and drop in on any show I could find from D.C. to Boston, and was a fixture at Dan Lynch and Nightengale in NYC.

That is among the only reasons that living here is wearing me down... NOT ONE BLUES BAR!!! Can you believe the things I do for love??!?! Sheesh!

I've been to The Down Home Blues Festival in Huntsville Ala. a couple of times.]
I've seen Ronnie Lovejoy before he died. And Mel Waiters there and a Blues
Concert in my local area. He was great!!! He has a fabulous band...

Are you into any of the North Miss sound? Junior Kimbrough, R.L. Burnsides, Richard Johnston (one of my current faves on HEAVY Rotation)? I am getting into that whole drone feel, like pure John Lee used to be before the Roy Rodgers Produced era.

... not that I don't LOVE Roy's work, he is theeeee slide monster and a producer with the Conkeroo times two.
