I will say this for the man, He is ALWAYS shreeded. I have never seen him soft at all. His structure does suck but he was 3rd in the USA's. Let me tell you that is no small feat. Give the man credit, he works hard as fuck.

There was an old MTV specail that had Palumbo in it. Something like Sex in the 90's part 3. Anyway, it followed these two italian brothers arounds as they went looking for woman. The two went to the beach in one part and the camera panned to this freak sitting on the beach and it was Palumbo. The brothers then made the comment" You think that guy does steroids". Lets face it, there isnt much bb's do that makes the sport look good............................galaxy

lol that was on not too long ago.....well i am a nite owl and i will watch tv at 4:00 AM, and yes i remember the freak on the beach.......now that i think about it did look alot like Dave,.....it didnt even come to mind when i saw this.....

I had the priveledge to meet Dave at the end of Sept. He was guest posing at a BB show. We went out on the town to a few clubs. He is a great guy, very funny, who is very modest and very knowledgeable. He is a 3rd year medical student. He was down to 275. His distented ab was a lot smaller. He had just finished 2nd at the USA's. From what I heard from the judges at the local show the word is he should be getting his card soon.
