Painfull nipple

Iam in week 5 of my cycle (500test/600eq) and iam getting small pain in my left nipple. Iam guessing this is signs of gyno. My AIFM will get here in 5 days. I do have nolvadex and clomid in hand. Should I start on this until I get the AIFM. And if so which one and how much.

Nolva at 40mg ed - Talk to Ulter on how to overlap the Nolva and AIFM so you get of the Nolva once the AIFM is working.

you can use nolva with that cycle. 20-40mg until the AIFM arrives (keeping in mind that nolva will last several weeks even with such short usage)

So what the deal with the nolva and overlapping AIFM. Iam a little confused. Should I just stop nolva the day b4 the AIFM or run them at the same time till aifm kicks in.

Important thing is to start the Nolva now at i would say 40mg ED until symptoms subside

How do I know when the symptoms are gone. i took 20mg of nolvadex last night and I dont feel any more pain in my nipple.

The pain i was felling yesterday was very minor and it would come and go.

Iam thinking of taking the nolva until i get the AIFM on Sunday. Or should I stop taking it now since the pain is gone.

The AIFM will take 3-4 days to kick in. I would suggest you continue Nolvadex WITH AIFM until the symptoms are gone, i.e. no pain, no lump, no tingling in the gland/nipple area.

Then, drop Nolvadex and continue with AIFM for the rest of the cycle

Word of caution: don't let the lump continue to grow or it may become IRREVERSIBLE requiring surgery
