I get very painful pumps in my biceps during back days. Once i'm done with my workout.. it's as if they're swolen.. and it's too painful to do a bicep workout. I've always had this but it was really bad today.
Even if I do biceps first... I get a good pump after one set.. after the second, third it gets painful.
Any ideas what's causing this? Is this bad?
I also get it bad with triceps and calves.. but not as bad as biceps where it feels they will pop if I stick it with something sharp.
