painful injection site needs tlc

I'm on my 2nd week of t-400 (1cc per week). Both injections were on the glutes. What's the best way to relieve the pain? I'm stacking dbol, so I'm trying to avoid ibuprofen and tylenol to keep things easy on the liver. I just wanna know what remedies anyone out there has used for their "day-after" pain.

If its already sore---ice it--it WILL work. To keep it from being sore in the first place---heat the liquid under scalding hot water after you draw it into the syringe.

I have heard that if you rub the area around the injection site for awhile after you inject yourself will make the pain a little more bearable.

i would also like to know what some of you other bro do to relieve site pain, cause i just did bicep injection in both biceps and my left one hurts like a bitch still, and its been 2 days since the shot. the right bicep is a little sore but not even half as sore then the left one.

im going to ice it and massage it with a warm towel
