When i do straight-leg deadlifts i get a slight pain inbetween my shoulder blades. Why could this be happening? How can i stop it (it is very uncomfortable)?
Your back probably isn't straight enough, so you're putting pressure in that area. When my upper back between my shoulder blades hurts, I have someone step on the backbone there while I'm laying down, and it goes away.
Its not a continuious pain, i only get it at the very end of each rep, usually only towards the end of the set too. Could it be because my hands aren't far enough apart?
Get adjusted by a chiro who can crack your upper back below the neck while your laying on the bed. Not many are able to do this but when you find one that can, stick with him/her.
