Interesting. Is that a joke or did they really make one of those?
They need a model where fingers and toes(if needed) are lopped off instead of this pussy electrical shock crap. This would be great for parties.

I saw a similar concept at a Fuddrucker's recently.
It had 2 handles that you hold and progressively increases the intensity of the shock until you let go. Good game for 6-12 year olds, huh?
