pain NEXT TO teste/penis

i've noticed some pain all day right next to my manhood. the pain seems to be located directly to the left of the base of my pecker, i'd say about an inch away maybe a little more (and no, my wife isnt sucking my dick --- i'll explain my humor.. see she's a pain and if she were down there she'd be the pain i was dealing with.... back to the subject please)

so anyway, could this be a hernia? if so, i'm fucking old...

have you had a hernia? where was it located? nothing seems to be sticking out there, but i do notice as did my wife, that it's a bit inflamed... nothing major but a little more puffy then the right side.
