long time lurker first time poster (not exactly what i wanted it to be about)
i work my chest once a week and been doing so for about 1.5 yrs., but just recently i went from training heavy to a cutting workout this is the 3rd week i have been doing this and yesterday i woke with a sharp pain in my left pec, not like a soreness. it is getting to the point that it is hard to sleep. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
