Pain In Glute

Whats up guys,
I did my first shot yesterday. I think everything went good.
I was just wondering how long will I experience this soreness on my glute. The shoot was 200mg Deca, 250mg Cyp ( QV ).

rub on it and use ice.

it'll hurt for a day or two, not too bad just make sure after you inject rub the area with your knuckle for a couple mins to help disperse the oil.
