As of two days ago, I started having a sharp pain in my right forearm when working out biceps. Especially when doing a set of standing barbell curls. I thought it might just go away. But when I worked out today, I still got the sharp pain in my right forearm but now i also feel the same thing on the left, but not as bad. Do you guys think I used maybe too much weight and strained my forearms? If so how long will it take to recover.
