If you get the pain its from the tenden in your elbow being over stretched and having to much stress on it. Take a 4 day break from preacher, then ease into it with low weight, and make sure you dont over extend your reps, only go down to where your arms are at a 90 degree angle with the bench (sticking straight out from your body). This should make the pain go away, I had the same problem and this fixed it fine with me.
