Pain in arm

Every time I curl, I have pain right below my elbow on the inside of the joint where the forearm muscles attatch, any ideas for strengthening this area??? Thanks for the help...
 
I used to get that when i did single arm preacher curls. Someone told me that something was probably a little stressed, and that angle was agrivating it. So i stopped doing them for a while and now when i try to do it, the pain is gone. Maybe try some different bi-exercises for a little while.

I have the same problem, but wiht anything I lift with my left arm. I use an Ace tennis elbow brace and it works great.
I've had this proble for over two months now and it's doesn't seem to be healing, I even laid off the heavy stuff for a few weeks.
 
Thanks for the replys, I have had this problem for years now..I originally did it arm wrestling (stupid me) It is better or worse at time, but always a pain in the ass, er arm......
 
If you get the pain its from the tenden in your elbow being over stretched and having to much stress on it. Take a 4 day break from preacher, then ease into it with low weight, and make sure you dont over extend your reps, only go down to where your arms are at a 90 degree angle with the bench (sticking straight out from your body). This should make the pain go away, I had the same problem and this fixed it fine with me.
