Pain from BA after injections

anyone know how to get rid of pain that you get days following injections?

I dilute mine with grape seed oil. No pain whatsoever.

my girlfriend rubs the area for me...that ussually helps alot...diluting is the best way to go though

im diluting my prop with 1ml of npp and its still wooping my ass!!

Either massage, hot water, dilute it, or switch to a different gear. Or be a pansy and take an NSAID

massaging alone didn't do much for me, but doing it with a wet hot towel helps.... heating the stuff before injecting also helps.... and finally, using the heated seats in the car whenever driving has been a huge help....really!
