package not passed customs need advice

I ordered 20g of powder from asia and the package is being held at customs. I emailed the shipping company to explain the delay and they said "our records indicate that this
shipment is
currently awaiting release from the FDA. It appears that they are not the only
contents
inside this shipment, they also found ***EDITED***(A substance) and customer needs to
know
what this is used for? Would you kindly advise so that I may inform customs."

The package is being sent to a MBE address. Any help is GREATLY appreciated, I am shitting my pants right now, I cannot afford to have any legal problems right now going through college, I just want to build a better body and make it through school.

Hey bro... I edited out your post on the shipping method. YOu can ask just about any question here, but try not to disclose any shipping methods or "wool pulling techniques" -- this could further hurt other bros.

Just let this go bro... if the package is being held up by a federal agency... let it just sit there... especially if there are materials in there that are listed on the FDA's hit list.

Make sure you clean your apartment... you know, guests never like dirty toilets ;) -- and sit tight... you'll be ok brother... don't accept this package if it comes to you... deny it.

Just sit tight like Citriscide said. You will probably get a seizure letter asking you to come and claim your stuff or to sign something. DON"T SIGN ANYTHING. Just throw it away.

They may try to do a controlled delivery. Don't accept the package or you are toast. Just accept that this particular shipment is a loss and let it go. Better to lose the money than go to jail and fuck up your life.

I couldnt have said it any better myself. Sorry to hear about your loss. Just say nothing so we dont have to read your thread on how jail life is treting you.

I wrote a reply to the shipping company explaining my uses for the alleged product before any replies had been made to this thread. Bad move? Does this change/add any advice?

I am wondering how long it takes customs to run an exam and how quickly law enforcement becomes involved, so I know for how long I should vaccuum my house incase company arrives.

also as I mentioned it was sent to a MBE adress, where i currently receive most of my mail. When a package arrives a large reused laminated pickup card is in the box for me to pick up the package. Should I discard this card or just leave it in the box until my contract expires?

also could the email sent to the shipping company explaining the uses of the alleged materials potentially be used in prosecution?

It may be time for you to get yourself an attorney on retainer. You've made some potentially fatal moves here and we don't need you to make any more. Be safe bro!

ok my package was released after sitting for about 9-10 days in customs, and it appears un tampered. Is it safe?

bro if they were asking what the contents were then it WASNT untampered!!! i would take it from the house to open it. just incase.

well the package itself was tampered with, but the contents inside appear to be unopened and are still sealed. I do not believe they are adequately organised/staffed that they can perform testing this promptly?

Opening a package previously seized by customs is jumping from the frying pan into the fire... you're now legally liable for the contents (if you signed for it upon delivery, that is).

Time to call a lawyer, just in case... and be truthful so they can cover any loopholes.

Best of luck!
