Package I didn't Order...strange

I received a package via usps. Since I'm always buying crap on Ebay, I thought nothing of it. Well.. I opened it and it cantained a bottle of Nolva, 60 caps. Now I only order my gear from 1 place and he handles only orals. I have ordered cialis, etc from research companies but none that carries PCTs. The brand of this is Therapy Labs.. and the bottle was taped to the inside of the box.

Hey, I'm not complaining but its just strange...comments??

weird. I just ordered some nolva and never got it. Ya must have got mine. Hand it over pal!!. LOL. Save it for l8ter use!!!

I've had orders (regular merchandise) sent incorrectly before. I order something, someone else orders something, and the two get switched. That's my guess for here.
