Package from China being processed by US Customs

I ordered a package from China and had it sent express mail with a tracking #. When I check the USPS site to track it the site says it arrived in SF on the 30th and is being processed by US Customs. Does this mean its being seized or is this normal?

could mean all kinds of things. Chances are it's in a giant pile at Customs....or....it could mean kiss your stuff goodbye.

Good news and bad news:
Good: you know you have not been ripped off assuming the artillary is legit. after all, it was sent

Bad: You will never see these goods. Hopefully can be returned to sender after "processing": and your source will re-deliver and try again

all packages are processed by US customs, I wouldn't worry yet.

I might start being concerned this week. The two Anthrax letters from Malaysia will bring scrutiny to packages from that area of the world.

Pacakage Arrived Last Week

Package arrived last week no prob but strangley enough had a domestic package sent via UPS seized by customs. Very strange!!!

that's because it was sent UPS... UPS and Fedex cooperate with law enforcement a SHITLOAD more than the usps... the moral of the story is... don't send ANY contraband via UPS....

Domestic pacakges aren't handled by US CUSTOMS.If there are issues with seizures its either local law enforcement or someone like the FBI. I don't follow this.

UPS told me my package was seized by customs, I guess they were lying to me???
