thinking about borrowing it from a buddy of mine and giving it a try. it gives you a diet plan, and the workout looks pretty intense. I was wondering would this be a good program to get cut and lean? i do have fat on me and would really like to start cutting up. so i was wondering if this was a good program if i follow it exactley like it says i should? the results people have made are pretty convincing to me.
