P-Mag cycle check please

Ok,

So I have decided to run my first cycle, consisting of P-Mag, and just wanted to get some feedback from you all.

I'm 23, training for 4 years, properly for 16months, and wanting to compete next year. Bodyfat is currently around 18%, and I'm looking to split my workout into upper body and lower body, with each session around 45mins to an hour. Cardio will be HIIT training 15mins after lower body sessions.

Looking to put on some size, approx 10-15lbs, so calories are going to be around 4000-4500 daily. Weighing around 190lbs ATM, looking to get carbs around 400g a day, protein around 250-300g.

My idea of my cycle is the following

Week1 pmag 50mg, better bodies cycle assist or CEL cycle assist
Werk2-5 pmag 75mg, better bodies cycle assist or CEL cycle assist
Week 6-7 nolva 20mg better bodies complete PCT
Week7-9 nolva 10mg better bodies complete PCT.

Multivitamin, milk thistle, and omega 3 throughout.

Anybody have any suggestions/replacements?

I would rather have nolva on hand just in case, but is it absolutely necessary as I know some believe an OTC PCT to be sufficient.

You need to have HCG or HCGenerate for during cycle. What are you going to use to support gains during time off? Look into DAA, phytoserms, and Bridge.

Yeah I'll grab some HCGenerate for during cycle...I got some DAA for PCT, should I run this alongside a test booster and nolva or is it sufficient as a stand alone?

Guessing cycle assist will suffice while on cycle?

I'm confused. You're already 18% bf and you want to put on more weight/size? When you say 'compete' are you talking about getting up on a stage, or powerlifting?

Also, I' drop the HIIT if you're that desperate to put on size. It will only hinder your gains.

Yeah...ok, I wanna keep bfat the same for now, maybe add a little as to be expected from bulking, but need put on some size as I'm 6ft1 and need to get to a competitive weight.

I'm talking about getting up on stage, think the date is in July.
 
How tall are you? This is very important. Properly training for how long? 16 months? I suggest you train hard for a few yrs consistently & THEN consider AAS.

As quoted in my previous post, just before yours, I'm 6ft1, and I need to add some more mass to my frame.

And the reason I chose to run this was because IMO I would rather start with something like this then just start mindlessly pinning myself.

I wanna compete next year, so if I'm gonna stand a chance, I gotta try something.
