Oxy's Mid SARMs Stack Check-In

Late in my 5th week of the SARMS triple stack. Basically did a lot of traveling for work and just a rough holidays on the belly and decided I had to stop this shit dead in it's tracks!

Following dosages of the "Super SARM Triple Stack" and diet as close as possible to Dylan's recommendations. So far down about 11 pounds 215 to 204 (btw, 6'1" 38yrs). Strength is up, but haven't increased weight, only added a rep maybe two to each exercise.
Here’s the current layout....

"SUPPLEMENTS"-
S4: 25mg AM (pre-cardio), 25mg Noon, 25mg PM (pre-workout)
Ostarine: 25mg AM (pre-cardio)
GW501516: 10mg AM, 10mg PM (pre-workout)
Albuterol: 4.5mg AM (pre-cardio), 4.5mg Noon (pre-lunch), 4.5mg PM (pre-workout), alternating off with forged burner/rasberry ketones
Forma Stanzolol: 5 pumps AM, 5 pumps PM
HCGenerate: 3 AM, 2 PM
N2Slin: 2 before lunch, pre-workout shake, last meal
Taurine: 1500mg PM (pre-workout)
Multi-Vit, Fish Oils, Glucos/Chondroitin

DIET-
High Protein, Med-Low Carbs, Very-Low Fat w/ typ deficit of 500-600 cals
30g Protein Shake AM Post Cardio(approx. 6:30am)
Egg Whites -2 cups of carton egg whites (approx. 8:00am)
1% Cottage Cheese or Greek Yogurt w/ dill and cucumber (10:00am)
2 chicken breast w/ 2 cups Veggies (Noon)
Tuna or lean Ground Turkey w/ 2 cups Veggies (2:00pm)
30g Protein Shake (approx. 4:30pm), Handful of Pistachios or Pecans
30g Protein Shake post PM Cardio/Weights (7:45pm)
Tilapia or Chicken Breast or Ground turkey and 1 cup of veggies (8:30pm)

ROUTINE-
Wake up 5am and scarf down pills and sarms and albuterol
AM: 30 mins on Eliptical or 3 mile run with 10 min stretching (last week just started 10 min ab work also)

PM: 10 mins Eliptical warm up, 4 mile run approx. 7 – 7.5 mph followed by 10-15 min of 30 sec/30 sec sprint-walk intervals, basically till i give out.
Take ten min break then move to a single muscle group each night weights, 4 to 5 exercises, 4 sets each
Finish with 30 mins stationary bike med-high intensity and towards end max out resistance and stand up for 30 secs, then coast 30 secs for as many as possible, usually 10mins of intervals. Then stretch and chug water and protein shake.

It's been pretty damn tough but I am fucking loving it and I feel awesome! All my jeans and pants are getting loose as hell in the waist, people are constantly asking what tha hell i'm doing and i've still got over 3 wks left to go.

And a correction I started April 13th-ish. Im just afew days into the 5th week.

A buddy in the locker room was talkin shit about me taking steroids and I started laughin and said Nah bro just a concoction of research chemicals lol. Left him standing there scratchin his head.

great work man... im fucking proud of you man... i love that your dosing gw at 20 mg a day too... its a major difference... your following everything damn near to the T and I love it... Keep up the good work and the weight will continue to come off man... Im always here for you if you need anything... keep working hard!
 
I appreciate it dylan! Your help and encouragement has been great bro. And who knows, if it was my plan, I'd prolly still be crammin my face with tortillas and chasin it down with chocolate milk lol.

Im restocking on Albuterol from Chem Need.
Considering ordering enough to up the dose to 6mg @ 3 times per day. The first time i jumped it up to 4.5 it felt strong as hell but now my tolerance has matched the dose. Anyone had issues running it at a 1 mL? I've been running 3/4 mL for 2 wks.

To be honest its hard to say b/c of everything I've got going with it. I've ran clen before which albuterol is a recommended alternative for and hands down I like the albut better. the biggest thing for me is the cardio boost it gives you. I take it approx 30 min before I do about an hour of cardio and it is awesome for the increase in breathing capacity.
the first time u take it its a little bit edgy but you get used to it quick and its nothing like the jittery edgy feeling from clen or ephedra. id recommend trying a bottle and run it at 3mg for a few days then bump to 4.5 which I'm liking. I may run the last few wks of this sarms stack at 6mg to just kill it on runs, stairs, cycling and hiit.

Curious which of our sponsors did you get the sarms from? I'm considering running something similar for a nice summer cut. Looks like you got it dialed in perfect.

When you're doing it and looking in the mirror daily, you obviously don't notice shit the same as a before and after pick in a progress thread so this is really motivating the hell out of me! And this is the perfect incentive to skip that invitation to go camping with a group of my degenerate partying friends this long weekend.

yeah I will soon. middle of golf tournament right now and headed to gym and beach after. prolly next week. Im taking pics along the way. so far everything is goin good. I ran out of gw for a few days and missed some workouts due to my pain in the ass job but all is good man. the triple stack is the shit. itll be 8 wks on june 16th and i should be down 14-15 lbs fat and up 2-4 lbs muscle.
