Just trying to keep it simple, i am looking up the benefits etc to it, but i have also heard that there is absolutely no difference between normal water, and oxygenated water.
Benefits are it helps red blood cell flow in the bloodstream, so would that not increase stamina etc?
Basically, is there are difference or no? good or bad? worth drinking or not?
