Just a side note bro.

I noticed it will cause insomnia if taken before sleep. Do like Ulter said. Dont take it after 6-8 pm or so. This way you will be golden.

It does have a calming effect, but for some reason it's harder to sleep on it. May be due to the increased metabolism effects. It's nothing too drastic, just a little harder to fall asleep is all. You can remedy this by not taking for a few hours before you go to bed.

I just read the description - sound like I should take a shot of it every day before my Boston commute.

I did not see dosage info though...only that the bottle is good for 200 sprays?

Lastly, it sounds like it may be a good addition to PCT, any thoughts on that?

It's great no matter when you use it. I couldn't actually say at this point if it's a PCT aid.
