Oxsoralen dosing?

Ok, I've just received the perfect birthday gift of Oxsoralen and omna amps. I read all the archived threads but there is no information about dosing. I have 10mg capsules- how many do I take prior to exposure?

Start with only One 60 Minutes prior tanning !
Then go to TWO-that should be maximum level and absolutely enough !!

I don't know where HONSZ got that information. I have used it for years. Take 20mg every second day. You have a window of opportunity for tanning between 2-4 hours after ingestion.

Don't exceed 300mgs total per cycle. Take a month off and repeat. You'll find with subsequent uses it become less effective and much longer intervals between cycles are needed.

If it is bright outside wear sunglasses to prevent cataracts.

Well those weren't the instructions that came with my brand. 300mg isn't too long either. It is about 4 weeks worth, once again as per instructions.

lol ok, my brand is Gerot, manufactured in germany... but I don't have the box.

Seems all to be different
