Oxandrolone / Sustanon Cycle Advice

Specs 35 yrs old was 247lbs recently dieted down to 219 to get ready for cycle…
I have had a major spine injury causing nerve damage resulting in muscle loss in my calves and legs. My surgeon prescribed me Oxandrin (anavar) to help me regain some muscle mass in my calves. The original prescription was 20mg / day for 60 days and I actually split it into a pyramid cycle and had some decent results. My calf strength went from about 20% of normal to maybe 35-40% of normal. The next cycle I did was mixed with sustanon and worked better overall. I did 8 weeks as follows week 1 20mg oxandin per day and 250mg sust 1x…. week 2 30mg oxandrin per day and 1 250 mg sust…. week 3 – 6 40mg oxandrin / day and 250mg sust every 3 days….. Week 7 30 mg oxandrin / day and 250 mg sust….. week 8 20mg /day 250mg sust. …. A-dex .5mg / day throughout and PCT was 3 weeks Nolva 30 mg/day week 1…. 20mg/day week 2… 10 mg/day week 3…. Diet was high protein low carbs around 3500-4000 cals per day. Workout 5 days Mon chest tri’s Tue Legs weds core Thurs back bi’s Fri legs Sat off Sun Off Pyramid sets to failure 30-45 min cardio before workout. I experienced an increase to around 65% normal calf strength with substantial gains in every other area. Now it has been a couple of years and I have been able to sustain about 50% calf strength naturally. ( I wanted to see what I could keep) I am feeling ready to do my next cycle and here’s what I have to work with: 360 10 mg Oxandrin tabs and 10/ 250mg sustanon…… A-dex and Nolva of course..... Any thoughts??
