I just started my first cycle... an Oxandrolone only cycle, and I am considering changing my workout next week and hitting each muscle group twice a week, with 2 days of recovery for each group. Or 3 days of recovery for each and only legs once a week(those take the longest to recover for me).
I couldn't find any info on this anywhere, but will Ox speed up my recovery time at all? I have only been on it for a week so I haven’t noticed anything if it does.
I read OX is useful for healing burns faster but no definite word on muscle recovery itself. I don’t want to over train so I need to make sure about this.
Otherwise I will just keep my work out normal and maybe intensify a little
