just make caps....u can get some ALOT of 5mg ones from the powder
If your going to mix it and take it orally I'd do it with water, I just did my methandrosteneolone with oil and it was a huge mess, it didn't dissolve very well and the oil kept some of the powder stuck to the sides of my graduated cylinder. IMO oil is good for injecting only, way too messy.

I'm going through the same question right now. I start on ox next week and I need to figure this out. It's hard to get an accurate dosage if you use caps. First of all you need a scale that will read down to at least 10mg. That will cost you upwards of 100 bucks. The only other way to cap it is to add a known quantity of filler and try to shake it all together, but that doesn't ensure an accurate dose.
Oxandrolone is soluble in water, propylene glycol, and ethanol. I've read that it breaks down when suspended in water, so that's not really a good idea because it will begin losing potency. Propylene glycol tastes like absolute shit. They use it in the "safe" antifreeze to stop kids and pets from drinking it. Ethanol sounds pretty easy, but I don't know if it breaks down in that or not. If it doesn't break down in ethanol, then that's the route I'm taking. Just go to the liquor store and get some everclear.

It might not be the most accurate, but if you are worried about cost it will get you close enough. Even with human error you could get within 5mg.

I have heard ox degrades rapidly in water, but is good in propylene glycol for quit a while.

If your going to put it into capsules your going to need a scale that goes down to .01g. .01 is 10mg, .02 is 20mg and so on. its such a small amount youd be amazed, i was going to try it but thought it was way too time consuming to do, i just suspended my friends in oil and it didn't work well even after heating. I'm going to look in the mereck index at methandrostenolone and see what it will dissolve in today.
