Oxandrolone ingestion

Well...
The half life of oxandralone is 8 hours, so if you are taking say 40mg/day, I would take 20mg in the morning and 20mg 8 hours after. I have implented this method with much success.
If you want, you can also take it all in the morning so it will be somewhat out of your system by nighttime. I the method above though since anavar does not affect the hpta, so there isn't a need for all at once in the morning.
