Huck, as you probably know, I am in week 2/9 using 45mg of spanish ox per day. (av, 40 off days, 50 training days).
I am also using high dosage (40-50g) creatine, ALA (1,500-1,700mg) and glutamine (25-40g) per day.
I was wondering what you would suggest for protein intake for me, let's round off and say a 200lb male? 2g/lb or closer to 3?
