this coming semester i'm going to keep up the workouts i promise! i need them for stress release.
plus it pisses me off to see how much strength i've lost over the semester.
and i did legs... ouch! can't walk that well today... i even went sorta easy on them for the first one! oh dear..
anyway, feels good to be doing something again.
