Overtraining?

I lift weights Monday-Thursday and Friday is my free weight day. I was thinking about busting out some daily morning pushups/situps/pullups. Maybe 5x10 or something like that. Would that be overtraining?

Hell no thats not over training lol.. If you think you overtrain going monday-friday you're probably just undereating and undersleeping. I go 6-7 days a week and am fine. Ive gone over 40 days in a row lol.. Overtraining comes down to the person more than anything

Yeah that's what I thought. I mean as long as you eat enough and take care of yourself overtraining shouldn't be a problem. I just wanted to see what y'all thought. Thanks!

Just go by progress man.. If you don't see progress in a long time you are most likley over training.. Or undertraining. Or something along those lines
