Overtraining while on gear?!?!? Please help!!!

REF-E-MB

I have currently been doing 16 sets for biceps, 16 sets for triceps, and 16-20 sets for back, shoulders, and chest.

I have been taking EQ, Sust, and Fina for 4weeks, 2weeks, and 1 day respectively.

Am I over-training??? Should I drop the total number of sets?

Thanks!!!

seems like an awful lot for bi's and tri's

i usually hit about 9-11 on tris and 8-10 on bi's

on big muscles i hit like 14-17sets...

just my .02

Thanks bros- I thought something might be up. I increased the number of sets while on gear and everything has started growing except my arms- now I know why!

Thanks again!!!

It is a tough question to answer, are you growing, getting stronger?

maybe lower the sets and increase your weight, I never know if I am overtraining on a cycle or not, when I look at my workout log, I wonder, when I first started an older guy told me you can not over train when on gear, don't know if he was correct or not.

Eventually you will burn out and overtrain with too many sets, unless you are a walking chemical factory.

Rest days are still valuable too!

I am just finishing up a cycle and came close to being totally burned out a few times. When I was very tired I would take two full days off after squat day. Every time I did that I gained weight - I think it makes the difference between an ok cycle and a great cycle to train heavy and slot in some extra recovery now and then.

never forget the value of days off, you grow while you rest, not while you work out. If you dont rest , when can you grow? unless you are juiced to the gills like ARNOLD.
