overtraining on AAS + What's your Routine like?

this was my first cycle, and I pretty much kept the same training routine as when I train naturally which is at least 3 times a week, EOD, sometimes 4x a week, and keeping training for one hour length. Might try to do more on next cycle, and I was wondering what the consensus is regarding overtraining on AAS. If I wanted to focus on upper body more would I be able to do Chest/Shoulders/Tri M,W,F and then Back/Biceps T,Th,Sat. My legs grow like crazy, it's genetics, if I train it, I get good measurement increases, all my jeans get real tight and then hard to buy jeans in general (fuck the slim fit jeans! is that the in thing now? lol). I'm thinking that I can afford to train legs less or not at all while on cycle (no hating please, lol) because while on cycle I'm thinking that I'd love to concentrate more on upper body as upper body doesn't grow as fast as my legs grow. Would the above routine be considered too much for upper body concentration, hitting those same body parts 3x a week, maybe I can switch out one of the body parts to 2x a week so I can get legs in there for at least 1x a week.

And by the way, what has the most effective training routine been for you guys on aas? And then how do you train off aas. For me, off aas, I will go back to training 3x a week, hitting each part 1x a week...Chest/Shoulders/Tri on Mon, Wed is Legs/Calves, Friday is Back/Biceps

one of the main reason people over train is because they dont eat enough food to refeed the muscles after theyve been broken down. your body can only process food at a given rate and feed it into the muscle so you must give it enough time(REST) to let the food digest and let your body start rebuilding the muscle. steroids increase the rate in which food(protein) is processed so you will need less rest time then you would if you were a natural athlete.

I workout 6 days per week, each muscle once per week. the only muscle that i would advise to be hit twice a week is chest, because it doesnt get hit in any other exercise as a secondary muscle. but i still hit it hard enough for once a week.

I train with as much intensity as possible on or off cycle, with the exception of "one of those days when you dont even want to look at a dumbbell but still find a way to get your ass int he gym".

so overtraining is not when yuou do 100 sets of 10 reps of bench press. its when you dont feed it properly and generously and dont get enough rest time. rest also doesnt necessarily mean sleep, when you are sitting down watching tv, your body is actually rebuilding itself.

while on i ramp my training up.. increasing intensity as I progress in my cycle.. I take a little longer to increase weights because I know my ligaments may not be ready..so I add reps before I lower reps and add weight.

on gear ive found it impossible to over train.. but I also tend to sleep 10hrs when on, and eat 6k calories.. when im not on i sleep 6hrs if im lucky, and consume 3-4k calories..otherwise i put a tire on.
