overtraining much of an issue while on?

Agreed... Overtraining isn't as much with muscle recovery.. which will be through the roof while on.. especially Test.. but overtraining is more the entire physcial drain that training has on your body.. can make you feel like hell all day long.. constantly sore for no reason.. get sick easy.. and that's definatly not good.. i got a little sinus infection mid cycle and it sucked.. but i fought through it.. AAS will help with recovery.. has nothing to do with overtraining.. each person has their own limit as to what is overtraining..
 
yes its possible but you'd have to be moving quite a bit of weights and training very intensely..
 
Just remember that when you are working out you are not building muscle. You are catabolic during this time. Its is when you are resting that you are anabolic and building muscle. So with this in mind if you train super hard make sure you muscles are rested and have gone through the recovery phase before you tear into them again. This can prove very catabolic for you if you don't. Also don't train shoulders or tri's the day after your chest workout because it interupts the anabolic phase or your development. This goes for any body part!

Keep your training under 40 mins. Whatver you can do in this time peroid should be fine but any longer is stupid.
 
I would say I average 45 min per muscle group, two muscle groups (workouts) a day. Today from 530am to 615am was quads and 630pm to 715pm was back. This system works great for me. Athough, I'm limited by my gym opening at 530am and having to be at work from 700am to 600pm.
I do think I may have overtrained in my last deca cycle. I was getting great gains up until week 8 or 9 and then I just plateau'd for the rest of the cycle, but I was really getting after it spending 2.1/2 to 3.1/2 hrs a day in the gym busting my ass every second. I can't say that I was sleeping well during that cycle either.
