thanks a lot for advice, Daisy you asked me how long I'm on diet and workout, so on diet I'm long time during last two yars I lost 25 pounds I have had strict diet sometimes I took only 800 calories, than I changend it but never I go over 1300 calories Right now I'm trying your type of diet "sample cutting diet" today is it 15 days, my change was that I added more protein, cut littel bit carbs then before and stop eat bread {before I have eat 2 low carb bread, and I cut back 1 piece fruit and dairy product as fat-free yogu., fat free cheese...}
So my workout plan is the same last 7 months I'm going train 5x/week.
But my problem is that I'm working {job} 7days at week...cleaning stor over night today is it 3 years, I haven't any off at work only 3 days at year. So if you see I'm littel bit busy.
But I'm not scare of it...I want built my body, loss my abdominal fat, but right now I'm really overtrain, tired.
